Located in a quaint spot of Worcestershire between Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn off Wilden Lane, Wilden Pool Fisheries is a well-run location for anglers of all skill levels.

The second section of Wilden Pool is on the far bank, with depths of six to nine feet.
Night fishing is permitted.
What size do the fish go to?
Common and mirror carp are weighing in at up to 30 pounds, while bream span up to 10 pounds.
What tactics work well?
Pellet waggler turns up match winnings often enough on the first section. Pole and method feeder come highly recommended.
Shallow rigs are notable too.
Fishing the margins is also a popular choice, as it usually is in most places like this. Finding a favoured peg is an uphill climb as each spot at this pool can fish differently on different days. The best bet is experimentation, letting nature run its course and sticking with firm but flexible tactics every step of the way.
Anglers are required to use pellets purchased at Wilden Pools Fishery only.
What facilities are on site?
There are no litter bins at Wilden, so take any garbage home.
Is parking available?
