Situated in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, Yaddlethorpe Ponds is an excellent facility that offers great fishing to anglers of all abilities. The site comprises of 2 lakes, both of which host numerous fishing features.
The old brick work venue has a deep history and is over 100 years old. The mature woodland surroundings give the setting character and house many different wildlife species. Furthermore, there are plenty spacious pegs on offer, several of which are fully accessible to the disabled.
The complex is open to members only and is kept secure via an electric gate. Thus, visitors to the site always have peace and quiet as well as a sense of privacy.
The waters are healthily stocked with a wide selection Bream, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Carp.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp are caught with frequency between 10 and 15lbs, however, larges specimen can exceed 20lbs. Moreover, Tench, Bream, Roach and Rudd generally weigh between 3 and 7lbs.
